Two college friends and one random experiment formed the basis for starting the Clean Peptide Technology development back in 2014. The success has proved the two chemists right, and CPT has become a viable business idea: after patent application, many successful competitions and numerous awards, Sulfotools GmbH was founded in March 2016. Both Managing Directors Christina Uth and Sascha Knauer have been operating well as a team since their studies. They are supported by co-founder Prof. Dr. Harald Kolmar.
